So I settled in for your energy work. OMG!! Little did I know what would happen! When I do energy work on clients and family, I frequently feel the energy shift through yawns. Well, I yawned for over an hour, shifting energy in my body as well as the bodies of my dear hubby and cat, who are both ill. Even 2.5 hours later I’m still shifting the energy.
